Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging

• Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue
  We will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

• Used or damaged items not caused by delivery

• Custom or personal items

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refusal upon delivery without valid reason may result in restrictions from future orders.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (if prepaid)
or via store credit if COD.
